Hi, I’m Sara, but you might know me as Sparky from Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
Welcome to Sparky’s Wellness Diaries!!! This is the space I wish existed when I was in high school, college, and post-grad, struggling with hormonal acne, PCOS, pre-diabetes, and feeling like I was the only person trying to figure out what the heck was going on with my body!!
Here, I share everything I’ve learned, and everything I’m still learning, about managing PCOS, supporting my blood sugar, and making healthy eating feel way less overwhelming and way more delicious (duh).
And there’s more than just wellness talk over here! A lot of you found me through my recipes, so this is also where you’ll find the full, detailed versions of the dishes you see on my socials.
There’s a good mix of quick and easy Korean recipes, high-protein meals, blood-sugar-friendly staples, low-carb favs, and family recipes, so I’m sure you’ll find something that sticks out to you :)
